1. Introduction

Welcome to KAMNT Art & Gift. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, products, services, communications, and business transactions. KAMNT Art & Gift is a creative business unit operated under Sadguru Enterprises, a sole proprietorship owned and managed by Kunal Santosh Gajare. By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting information, uploading content, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

• Customized Products: Personalized gifts, photo gifts, name gifts, customized artwork, personalized stationery and creative products.
• Standard Products: Art products, stationery products, gift products, decorative items and creative merchandise.

Product availability, pricing, specifications and designs may change without prior notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, correct delivery address, correct customization details, valid uploaded content, and timely responses during the approval process. KAMNT Art & Gift shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect information submitted by customers.

5. Order Placement

Orders may be placed through our Website, WhatsApp, or official company communication channels. An order is considered confirmed only after required information is received, payment requirements are fulfilled, and order acceptance is confirmed by KAMNT Art & Gift. KAMNT reserves the right to reject any order without providing detailed reasons.

6. Pricing & Quotations

Prices displayed on the website may change without notice. For customized products, individual quotations may be prepared, pricing may vary based on customization requirements, and additional charges may apply for special requests. Final pricing will be communicated through approved company communication channels.

7. Payment Terms

• Customized Products: A 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining payment is payable as agreed between the customer and KAMNT Art & Gift.
• Standard Products: Payment terms may vary based on product type.
• Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Online Payment Gateway and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

KAMNT reserves the right to modify payment requirements at any time.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order. After 6 hours, design work, material procurement, or production activities may begin; therefore, cancellation requests may be rejected. For customized products, no cancellation is permitted once customization or production has started.

9. Design Approval Policy

For customized products, customer approval is mandatory before production begins. Approval may be provided through WhatsApp message, voice note, written confirmation, approval response, or similar confirmation methods. Once approval is received, production may begin immediately, and approved designs become the final production reference.

Customers are responsible for verifying names, spellings, dates, layout, design content, positioning, and colors. After approval, complaints regarding approved design elements may not be accepted. KAMNT may retain approval records as evidence.

10. Customer Uploaded Content

Customers may upload photos, videos, logos, artwork, design references and documents. Customers warrant that they own the content or have permission to use the content. Customers assume full responsibility for copyright, trademark, and ownership claims arising from submitted materials.

11. Content Restrictions

KAMNT reserves the right to reject content that is illegal, offensive, obscene, defamatory, copyright infringing, trademark infringing, politically extremist, or inappropriate for production. Orders involving prohibited content may be cancelled without liability.

12. Product Quality & File Quality

Final product quality depends on customer-provided materials. Customers should provide high-resolution images, clear files, readable text and suitable design references. KAMNT shall not be responsible for quality issues caused by poor customer files.

13. Production & Delivery Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only. Production and delivery may be affected by customer approval delays, material availability, technical issues, weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events. Timelines are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

14. Shipping & Delivery

Our current service area includes Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, and selected Maharashtra locations. Delivery availability depends on location and logistics feasibility. Additional delivery charges may apply.

15. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal of delivery, additional charges may apply, redelivery may require extra payment, and refunds may be reduced by processing, delivery, return, and customization costs.
